Recivieng mail

I know a lady who left her partner but he wants to forward some stuff to her but she doesn't want him knowing her address. Is there anyway she could get her mail sent to The Sorting Office to be collected or any other way off doing it?

SimonShe could advise the Royal Mail of her change of address and all future mail will automatically be redirected to her new address.  There is a charge for this.Once she has done this, I imagine her ex-partner could bring her mail in and advise the office that it is for forwarding.  Is it local?  If it is the Brentford office the number to contact would be 08456 112751.
