Does the Council have a Data Bank,Main Frame for CCTV

It is not my intention to criticise LBH however this is rather important to me so I would like to ask whether a Street Hawk Camera with 360 degree range,is in action at all times ie: 24/7 also is the information stored and kept in a Data Bank available to extract on request to the  Public.Does it have Audible or just Pictorial Images.If an allegation has been made is it possible for we the public under the Freedom of Information Act to request a copy of the CCTV in a specified time frame.

Possibly the Police might be able to help - and it would depend on how long anything was kept, quite often things just get taped over again and again, very much doubt that data banks exist for this. I suspect that it would be vision only.
