Police Seek Man for Gay Bar Fraud

Suspected of frequenting night spots to steal credit cards

Hammersmith & Fulham Police are appealing for help to trace a man who they believe may be involved in a series of thefts and frauds within the Borough, and in central London.

The suspect has frequented various gay bars and stolen various items of property from people he has befriended. These items included credit cards, which are then used fraudulently.

Officers would like the public's assistance in helping to trace Ivan Stefancik aged 31 years in connection this inquiry.

If anyone can assist with the current whereabouts of this person, they are asked to contact PC Abby Devgon from the Beat Crimes Unit at Fulham Police Station on 020 8246 2982.

PC Devgon also wishes to hear from anyone who may have been the victim of such an offence but has not yet come forward to police.
