Last week, Waterside Places' Brentford Lock West development in west London picked up a RIBA London award for the second phase of its residential-led waterside scheme, designed by Mae Architects. This marks the development's fifth RIBA award, highlighting the exceptional design that runs throughout the scheme.

Chalico Walk, the first collection of homes to be delivered as part of phase two, already secured a London RIBA Award in 2018 for its architecture. This time, the entire collection of homes in phase two have picked up an award, which includes the impressive Keelson Gardens. Arranged around a beautifully landscaped courtyard, Keelson Gardens comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplex apartments, penthouses and townhouses.

RIBA awards have previously been awarded to The Arbor in 2017 (which formed part of phase one), which picked up a RIBA London Award and The Halyards, the first collection of homes delivered as part of this large-scale regeneration scheme, which secured a RIBA National and a RIBA London Award in 2015.
