I am motivated to help you to make the best of your unique qualities. My aim is to help you navigate a path towards setting your goals, and to provide you with the practical tools to use in order to succeed.
I worked in publishing for many years, became a wife and mother, eventually working part time as a journalist, tutor and medical administrator. I was facing a huge challenge a couple of years ago when a friend persuaded me talk through some issues as part of her coaching training. I was initially sceptical, but it made a huge difference to how I tackled my task. I decided I wanted to find out more about what makes people tick and obtained a diploma after a 6-month Cognitive Behavioural Therapy coaching course with City CBT Coaching College.
My own experiences have taught me that many of us, for much of the time, are stuck in some way. Coaching will stop circular, stuck-in-a-loop thinking and help to break out of the mould. I know that it gives you the means to take steps along a more positive route - even helping you to discover something completely unexpected about yourself.
It is the small changes you make every day which have a positive impact on your life.
Take the first step to discover how coaching could help you. Find out more and get in touch via my website.
