Boston Manor House Open Weekends until October

Take the opportunity to visit this listed beauty

Boston Manor House is still open every weekend until the end of October from noon until 5pm.

The original part of the house was built in 1623, just before the English Civil War when Sir Edward and Lady Mary Spencer were supporters of King Charles I which must have made them unpopular in Brentford where the Royalist Army destroyed many people’s livelihoods.

Boston Manor House

The square, three storey, Jacobean house that Lady Mary had built with the original plasterwork ceiling and over mantle makes it a grade I listed building.

There will be tours of part of the building and stories from its history with Hounslow Heritage Guides at 2.30pm on October 18th and 19th.
