One Hundred Kilometres in 24 Hours for a Good Cause

Please give generously to a physical challenge

In September 2012 (29-30th) Mike Bethell and Mark Wardell are attempting to complete the 100k Thames Path Challenge.

Starting from Putney in West London, the 100km distance to Henley must be completed in less than 24 hours. Find out more about the challenge at Thames Path Challenge

Mike and Mark are raising money for Cancer Research and Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research - charities with which they have close personal connections.

One of the team's relative was recently diagnosed but is thankfully now in remission, he raises money for the charity and his family are supporting Mike and Markalong the route.

Mark told BrentfordTW8.com "We have been training every weekend for the past 6 months, mostly along the Thames Path and throughout London, we have completed a few 50 K walks and one 70 K walk during this time".

Please give what you can. All donations big or small, are much appreciated. To donate online visit http://100kwalk.co.uk

Thanks to MW marketing (A member of Brentford Chamber of Commerce) for sponsoring the walk and to all those who donate.
