Gunnersbury Park and Museum 'Summer Lates' Finishes

The Hothouse Late with beer tasting, mixology and floral makeovers

Azadeh

This summer Gunnersbury Park and Museum is hosting its first ever “Lates” events.

Closing the 2019 season is The Hothouse Late on Friday 2 August which celebrates all things botanical. Beer tasting, mixology masterclasses, paper flower making workshops and fabulous floral makeovers from Face Florals will all pay homage to the natural world. Then as the sun sets, Head Gardener Chris Ellis will lead a walk to reveal the exotic, weird and wonderful legacy of Gunnersbury’s hothouses. Thanks to Ealing Eclectic MusicSpace, some of west London’s finest musicians including Azadeh and Michele Stodart (The Magic Numbers) will be providing very special acoustic performances. Tickets £10 including a welcome drink.

Visitors will be treated to an array of themed activities as well as being able to enjoy the recently restored buildings and parkland as the sun goes down.

The season kicked off with Princess Amelia’s Summer Ball – a unique take on Gunnersbury’s Georgian heyday. For its second event Gunnersbury marked Pride weekend with its Go West! Late.

For all Lates advance booking is essential and available via www.visitgunnersbury.org
All Lates run from 19.00 – 22.00 and are suitable for age 18+ only. A cash bar will be available.
