The management of Gunnersbury Park have reopened their public car park.

It was shut back in April following the coronavirus outbreak on the grounds that the measure supported the Government's efforts to stop unnecessary travel.

Some residents had complained that the move had led to an increase in the visitors parking in local streets.

The main gates leading to the museum will remain closed for the time being, but visitors will be able to find disabled parking spaces in the new car park.

They will also be reopening their playgrounds from Saturday 4 July.

Arrangement to reopen the museum are currently under review.

Gunnersbury Estate (2026) CIC is a not for profit organisation that manages Gunnersbury Park and Museum on a long lease from Ealing and Hounslow Councils.
