Tubes and train services affected by engineering works and strikes

Planned RMT strikes on London Underground will each run for 24 hours, spanning the following dates:

  • May 19–20  (midday to 11:59am)
  • May 21–22  (midday to 11:59am)
  • June 16–17  (midday to 11:59am)
  • June 18–19  (midday to 11:59am)

District line

Saturday 23, Sunday 24 and Bank Holiday Monday 25 May

No service between Earl's Court and Ealing Broadway / Richmond. Use MILDMAY LINE services where available between Gunnersbury, Kew Gardens and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.

piccadilly line

Saturday 23, Sunday 24 and Bank Holiday Monday 25 May

Saturday 23 May, between 0200 and 0430, no service between Hyde Park Corner and Heathrow Terminal 5.

Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June

No trains between Clapham Junction / Shepherd's Bush and Willesden Junction after 20:00 on Saturday 6 and all day on Sunday 7 June

Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction, closing lines used by Southern from 20:00 on Saturday until 12:00 on Sunday, and again after 21:00 on Sunday.

From approximately 20:00 on Saturday evening until 12:00 on Sunday, and after approximately 21:00 on Sunday evening, no Southern trains will run between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction.

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June

No trains between Clapham Junction / Shepherd's Bush and Willesden Junction after 20:00 on Saturday 20 and until 12:00 and from 21:00 on Sunday 21 June

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction, closing some lines.

After 20:00 on Saturday, until 12:00 on Sunday and after 21:00 on Sunday no trains will run between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction.

South Western Railway

Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July

Altered train services and buses replace trains in the Hounslow area
The lines in the Hounslow area will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work.

Saturday

London Waterloo to Weybridge via Staines services will be revised. These services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham and will call additionally at Richmond and Twickenham.
Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.

Sunday

London Waterloo to Woking via Staines services will be revised. These services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham and will call additionally at Richmond and Twickenham.
Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.
The afternoon and evening London Waterloo to Kingston via Hounslow services will not run.
Buses will run between Barnes and Twickenham via Hounslow (afternoon and evening only).
