To get you in the mood for the party season, our cocktail of the month is the Gold Digger - apple and lemon juice shaken with glittery Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps, topped with champagne. Come and try it in Cocktail Hour - Monday to Friday from 5 to 7pm - and you’ll get two for £10.
