Local residents with an interest in health and wellbeing are invited to attend the upcoming Wellbeing Fair at Workspace Barley Mow in Chiswick on Wednesday 9 October and The Mille in Brentford on Wednesday 16 October.

The event offers an opportunity to learn about holistic approaches to health from a variety of local experts and practitioners.

Attendees can explore different therapies and practices, including reflexology, yoga, nutrition, physical therapy, life coaching, and more.

The fair is designed for anyone looking to learn more about managing their own wellbeing in a supportive environment.

In addition to expert advice and demonstrations, businesses participating in the fair will be offering special discounts and promotions to attendees on the day.

Both events run from 11:30am to 2:30pm and are free and open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
