Healthwatch Hounslow says both surveys should not take long to complete
July 3, 2026
Residents in Hounslow are being invited to share their experiences of local health and social care, as two separate surveys open to gather public views on how services are working — and where improvements are needed.
NHS North and West London Health Trust is asking people in the borough how they would like to be involved in shaping future health and care services. The short online survey focuses on participation: how residents want to be consulted, what kinds of decision-making they wish to be part of, and how the NHS can make engagement more accessible and meaningful for different communities.
Alongside this, Healthwatch Hounslow is running its own borough-wide feedback survey, giving people the chance to comment directly on the services they use — from GP surgeries and hospitals to dentists, pharmacies and community support. It says that the form takes less than five minutes to complete, and responses will be used to highlight what is working well and to raise concerns with local providers where change is needed.
Healthwatch Hounslow acts as an independent voice for patients, gathering real-life experiences and presenting them to decision-makers across the NHS and local government. The organisation says that every piece of feedback helps build a clearer picture of how services are performing and can influence future planning.
Both surveys aim to strengthen the role of residents in shaping health and care in Hounslow at a time when local services are under pressure and facing significant demand. By encouraging people to share their views — positive or negative — the NHS and Healthwatch hope to ensure that future decisions reflect the needs of the community.
Residents can take part online, and both organisations stress that all feedback is welcome, whether it relates to a single appointment or ongoing care.
