Burst Water Main Opens Up Colliers Wood Pothole

Drivers urged to avoid the area

Motorists have been advised to avoid driving through Colliers Wood this morning (Monday January 23) after a burst water main caused a pot hole in the road.

The pot hole opened up on Colliers Wood High Street at the junction with Waterfall Road.

Merton Police warned that it was 2 feet deep and 1 foot across, with road closures likely to be put into place.
