Police are appealing for witnesses after pedestrian dies following accident
A pensioner has died after being left critically injured following a collision with a car in Colliers Wood.
The 76-year-old man was involved in the collision at 5.40pm on Saturday November 24 in Colliers Wood High Street at the junction with Briscoe Road.
Police are appealing for information and witness to the accident. The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries. He has not been arrested.
The pedestrian was taken by ambulance to hospital, but police reported today (December 11) that he died on Friday (December 7).
Officers from the Roads and Transport Policing Command continue to investigate.
