Annual bonfire night displays in Wimbledon and Morden Parks

Tickets are now on sale for Merton Council’s popular annual fireworks show at Wimbledon and Morden Parks.

There will be two themed performances – “Disney theme” at 6.30pm and “Festival Favourites” at 8.15pm, both of which take place at Wimbledon Park on Saturday November 4 and Morden Park on Sunday November 5.

Each display will involve the lighting of the bonfire, followed by a spectacular display of fireworks to music. There are also fairground rides and food stalls.

Councillor Nick Draper, Merton’s cabinet member for community and culture, said: “You won’t find a fireworks and bonfire display like Merton’s anywhere else in London. Bonfire night is always a firm family favourite which is why Merton is a great place for families and friends to flock and watch one of our incredible displays. Look forward to seeing you there!”
