Feel fitter and save money in 2015
Residents in Merton are being challenged to sign up to Stop Start January – a new health campaign in the borough.
Stop Start January encourages you to take part in the 31 day challenge to give up something unhealthy and/or take up something healthy for an entire month.
Save money, lose weight, feel better, break bad habits and make a difference in Merton are just some of the benefits organisers say you'll get from signing up to Stop Start January.
By taking part in the challenge you can also raise money for The Merton Community Fund - helping charities and community groups in Merton.
Ian Beever, Interim Chief Executive at MVSC is excited to launch Stop Start January with Healthwatch Merton and Merton Council.
He said: "This campaign allows people of Merton to really focus on their health. Not only are we asking you to stop something unhealthy but to start something healthy too. We have a great menu of ideas on what you could stop and start so take a look at our website to find out more."
