Residents' Cinema For Wimbledon Luxury Homes Complex
Next phase of Copse Hill development is nearly complete
A new luxury homes complex on the former Atkinson Morley Hospital site in Copse Hill features a residents’ gym, library, private cinema and a concierge service.
Wimbledon Hill Park is set in the grounds of what was once the 2nd Duke of Wellington’s ancestral residence and comprises 27 apartments which will be ready for occupation later this year.
Developers Berkeley Homes also says homes at neighbouring Dukes Gardens comprising a selection of two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes set across two buildings are now ready for occupation.
Prices at Wellington Row start from £1,050,000, and from £1,165,000 at Dukes Gardens. Family homes already built in Cedar Place and The Firs are already sold.
