Two people were taken to hospital this Tuesday (7 May) after being involved in a road traffic collision in Ealing.
The police were unable to provide further details of the incident, which occurred just after noon, but residents have reported that a vehicle was seen mounting the pavement near the junction with Balfour Road.
Northfield Pharmacy was closed after the collision after forensics officers investigated the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said, “We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, and an incident response officer. We also dispatched a team from London’s Air Ambulance by car.
“Our first paramedics were on the scene in five minutes.
“We treated two patients at the scene and took them both to hospital.”
